| In order to improve the quality of education, curriculum reform is the core and key factor.Teachers play an essential role in curriculum reform. Strengthen the building of the contingent of teacher demands changes in school, and teachers are required to change as well.School-oriented research which based on the real school training. It’s an important strategy of school management and teacher professional development. It’s an effective way to achieve the benefits for teachers as well as students. School-based training has become one of the hottest topics in current education research, but current research mostly from macroscopic narrative perspective which focuses on the school-based research, although there are scholars put forward the school-based research problems and their solutions, but the research on the school-based process observation and research is still relatively rare.In this paper, with qualitative research method, take a primary school as a case, set up the sketch of the original ecology of a frontline in primary school’s Chinese language school-based training, analyzing the mechanism of school-based research existing state in the case, presenting the effect and problems and then proposing countermeasures for a learning community, eventually make a conclusion. This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction, "coffee time" state sketch, state deep description, state dialysis and conclusion.The first part is the introduction. This part mainly introduced the research background,puts forward the problem and research idea from three aspects and summarizes the general idea. The first one is explaining the related concepts and the basic contents of the definition and research achievements. Then is the core issue in this study, "how to organize school-based research", which showing some specific issues. Finally is the idea of, briefly introduces the research object, the existing training activities in the primary school, as well as methods of corresponding interpretation, and makes clear of the research route and the test methods of this study.The second part is a sketch of a "coffee time" state. "Coffee time" is a typical school-based research activities, and a new mode of learning platform. This part respectively concluded what is "coffee time" and how to run start with analysis of "coffee time", showing a natural scene of school-based research.The third part is the deep description of "coffee time" state. In the sketch of "coffee time" state, to seize the fulcrum of "teacher" and "template" intwo coffee time, coffee time value pursuit of the triple goals and training objectives of a path three depth "coffee time" of the state description, in-depth study of the school-based research and the existence of rationality, and explore the school existing school-based research can give suggestions on how to dominate the teachers training behavior.The fourth part is a "coffee time" state dialysis. From coffee time mechanism and training effect, which is worth highlights existing problems. And then puts forward learning community is not only for solving the existing problems and put forward countermeasures, but also lead to the school-based research development trend.The fifth part is the conclusion of this thesis. School based research, as its name implies, has the "school", there are "research" and "repair". The conclusion part of this paper is to analyze the school-based research and prospects in tow levels.This presentation on the "coffee time" of the state can be seen, school-based training is a real way in promoting teachers’ professional growth, and a complicated engineering system.The school-based research is not just limited to the teaching and research group, but throughout the growth of students, teachers, school changes at any moment. The school-based training is not just the first step. In other words, the school management of school-based training plays a baton role, and teachers’ own initiative determines the school-based training effectiveness, learning community construction is the key to realize the complex system engineering of school-based research in more efficient operation. |
