Development to the present until the probability, probability theory has become a widely used in modern society of a discipline,it has already penetrated into each class and even almost all groups within a society of daily learning on which every social member in the society and the daily work, and plays a very important role in it, and received great attention and application. Because of the probability theory application range is greatly increased, the high school mathematics teaching,significantly enhance the status of the theory of probability, so the probability content of high school math teaching is particularly important.Probability problem involves various aspects of our daily social life, the probability and statistics in the lesson mark of world received unprecedented attention. Probability theory of the development of the special fast, from the past is only a small branch of continuously development, constantly improve became an independent subject, now can't neglect and widely used in mathematics textbooks of elementary and middle school students, the development of the theory of probability only left less than one hundred years, and it is the high speed development of geometry and algebra knowledge in the field of mathematics. "Full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard" issued by ministry of education in our country in 2001 and execution, is asking the country to various primary and secondary schools in accordance with the requirements of the standard, to develop a new teaching materials into, and a nationwide promotion, this standard was plan is implemented step by step, slowly development across the country, but until September 2004 when all around the country and the basic implementation of the standards, only a few remote districts not only can complete the standard requirements. But because such a rapid development, led directly to the curriculum reform development too fast, the education research is far behind,the two irreconcilable passive situation.
