The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party clearly pointed out that "moral education" as the fundamental task of education, At present, the ideological and political education in secondary schools has great and far-reaching influence on the overall implementation of the strategy of developing the country through science and education and the strategy of talent powerful nation. In the economic globalization, under the background of cultural diversity, dominant ideological and political education to the front of the "indoctrinationpale", and recessive education to its concealment, pleasure, osmotic characteristics in the process of Ideological and political education gradually highlights the important role. Campus culture as an effective means of recessive education and research the function of ideological and political education to students and staff of the ideological and moral quality training with the actual value, implement the important task of the Central Committee on the "cultural construction" and " moral education spirit".Campus culture construction has become an important channel for students of Ideological and political education, and its role is irreplaceable by any other social factors. Campus culture is not only a kind of school culture management, is also a kind of education and culture, with a subtle features in education, excellent campus culture will enable student's moral development for a lifetime, promotes the student full scale development, the harmonious development of the campus. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of campus culture, and make full use of the function of moral education is to promote the ideological and moral development of high school students the important strength and foundation. Middle school campus culture as a kind of group culture, after school constructs for a long time the formation and development, and school education in the main hidden curriculum of that in the whole basic education has an important position, is China's advanced culture is an important part of that of social and cultural development is a basic and leading role.Based on the above consideration, the author from the campus culture, the paper launches the research, based on education, psychology, management science and the theory of Marxism about people's all-round development as the basis, using the method of literature, interview questionnaire survey method, experience summary method, to Hainan middle school as an example, systematically analysis the function of moral education in the current Hainan middle school campus culture in the play the problems existing in the process of. Finally, combined with social situation and the development of our national level of Ideological and moral quality, from philosophy, channel, object, protection mechanism, together with the five aspects, and put forward effective use of middle school campus culture and the ideological and political education function.This paper is composed of four parts: the first part expounds the concept of middle school campus culture, structure and personality characteristics;the second part elaborated the concept of Ideological and political education, describes the goals and specific requirements for the current middle school ideological and political education, relation of middle school campus culture and the ideological and political education; the third part analysis the Hainan middle school in the moral education function of campus culture to play the main problems existing; the fourth part by the cause of the problem analysis and thinking are the specific recommendations.
