| Higher vocational education has adopted the reform of school-enterprise cooperation over the years.They has explored a lot of new modes of cooperation.But for a long time,there still exist some problems in the allocation of responsibility.For example,there are some differences between the concept and understanding of responsibility;interests and rights are different;the relationship between rights and responsibilities are not be coordinated and so on.So most school-enterprise cooperation is still in the shallow stage.After years of practice,the "school-enterprise community" of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College has achieved some success.The mode has certain significance to our study.This paper selected school-enterprise community of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College in empirical research.On the basis of investigation,the study found that school-enterprise cooperation exist many problems,including: both sides of the interest can’t be found;money worship and the risk aversion measures are not in place.Based on above analysis,The main contents of this study include: Firstly,the interest and responsibility of school-enterprise cooperation on higher occupation education can be divided into three stages;Secondly,the construction conditions of school-enterprise cooperation include some common interests,shared responsibility and shared rights;thirdly,the reasons include interests communication and coordination channels are not smooth,cooperative operation mechanism lagging and lack of security system;fourthly,suggestions include: establishing coordination mechanism for the interest,improving power system and playing multiple roles of the government;finally,on the basis of the whole study,Some preliminary conclusions and suggestions for further research are proposed. |
