Junior middle school students are in a critical stage of physical and mental development,their physical fitness as an important part of the whole people’s physique,and has raised particular concerns from all walks of life,this study in Wenzhou City junior middle school students’ physical condition as the breakthrough point,reference system methodology "Wuli Shili Renli" theory research paradigm,in Wenzhou City junior middle school students,parents,teachers as the object of investigation,empirical study of the main influencing factors of Wenzhou City junior middle school students’ physique,comprehensive using the methods of documentation,comparison analysis method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,it mainly focuses on the three aspects:First,the contrast can reflect the real in recent years,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,middle school student physique index data and rational orientation of Wenzhou City junior middle school students’ physical fitness level,Wenzhou City middle school students physical status how? Second,what are the main factors that affect the physical health of junior middle school students in Wenzhou? And one by one to contact these main factors in practical empirical investigation.Third,the main factors affecting the physical fitness of junior middle school students in Wenzhou city and explore the coping strategies,suggestions.By thinking of the above three problems,the research purpose is from the impact of an exploration of the main factors influencing factors of Wenzhou City junior middle school students’ physical,or core factors,thus completing the empirical influence factors to the physical fitness of students explore.Study shows that:1.Comprehensive analysis of 2011-2015 in Wenzhou city junior middle school students in the main body of physical indicators showed the following characteristics:The level of physical development have varying degrees of increase,but it still exits some problems,girls lean ratio is increasing year by year,the high proportion of male and female obese students;the overall state of the body function in male and female students were lower than average level of Zhejiang Province,compared with girls more worrying;decline in the overall physical fitness,especially endurance downward trend more obvious.2.The main factors that affect the junior middle school students’ physical fitness in Wenzhou city are: student factors,school factors,family factors,social factors,the empirical analysis found that there are the following specific factors:(1)Student factors: lack of sleep and exercise time sitting for too long,lack of awareness of physical exercise,exercise effect is not obvious;(2)School factors: campus sports lack of security system,physical education teachers structure is single and quantity is not enough,sports equipment and facilities maintenance and update is not timely,lack of physical exercise,calisthenics "thousand students in the side" content is single;(3)Family factors: lack of physical exercise atmosphere,"intellectual light sports" realistic factors,leisure entertainment is not scientific;(4)Social factors: realistic factors,examination oriented education and entrance system of school sports accidents compensation system and the absence of the social security system,inadequate supervision.3.Measures to improve the physique of junior middle school students in Wenzhou city are: to further strengthen the students’ physical health problems;speeding up the compensation system of school sports accidents and the construction of social security system,clear the main responsibility;the sports included in the entrance examination as soon as possible;to strengthen the students’ physique related policies,supervision and inspection system,promote education as soon as possible administrative accountability system,to ensure that the policies andregulations implemented;the establishment of the society,school,family and students of one of the four national fitness system,increase students’ physical health education propaganda,the construction of community sports fitness club more as soon as possible,to promote social public stadiums free and open to students,to ensure that students’ physical education exercise space and resources.
