| The narrative research on education is a hot topic in the field of current education research. Talking own experience of educating by narrative is good for the development of the internship majoring in education. When we just put into practice, our roles, our relationship with others and our surrounding have changed. And the experience during in practice is vital to our professional life.With the development of the basic education, more and more universities start to be cooperated with elementary and secondary school to provide undergraduates with chances of practice. The Centre of Basic Education of Guangxi Normal University have sent hundreds of postgraduates to the post of education by the project of "Inquiry Science". The way of making the colleges and elementary and secondary school become a community is good for the students major in education.Fortunately, I practiced in "Innovate Experiment of Guangxi Normal University", and experience the whole process by myself. And becoming an internship on education of Beijing National Day School, taking part in the teaching of "Inquiry Science". The practice is one chance for me, and also one challenge. Transform from a student to a teacher, not only is to apply the theoretical knowledge of what they have learned into practical teaching and complete the teaching mission, but more important is to learn to deal with relationships with colleagues and students, learn to adapt to the new environment as soon as possible. As an education practitioner who began to independently assume a discipline teaching task, needs to be repeated weighing and thinking in the design of teaching content, the grasp of difficult point, and the management of the classroom; Enter an unfamiliar environment, we must adjust our own state as soon as possible in order to adapt to the new job and life; Students’ interpersonal relationship is relatively simple, once go to work, we need to deal with more complex interpersonal relationship. During education practice, in order to help students to improve their grade, we need to have a good know of every student. This series of problems are my challenges during the process of education practice. In this paper, I use the method of education narrative, describe the experience from a frustrated engineering seniors to a confident teacher. Especially in Beijing National Day School, the school education teaching practice of a semester makes me grow in all aspects. Teacher’s professional development is every teacher’s own knowledge and experience. Everyone has his own story, the story may cause the resonance of the others, it is also possible to provide others helps and inspire. I hope that my experience gives other student who will to become teachers some help.This paper is mainly divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the narrative of the germination, the design of narrative and the significance of the study. The second part mainly introduces the career of the students of science and technology, is not confident. University period, I read the major is electronic information engineering, after graduating from high school did not know their own interests, the choice of professional time has not been carefully considered, a very casual fill in the volunteer. Entering the University found that the profession is not the future job I want to engage in, especially experienced several internships organized by the school, I even more do not want to engage in this professional work. Due to various reasons, I am asked for graduation practice in school, so I choose to go to a primary school engaged in teaching work. After a short internship period, I found that I was in the process of getting along with students, how happy I am. So far, I have applied for many schools, although has a deep love for the profession, but because there is no professional teacher training and Suffered many setbacks. Third part introduces the multidisciplinary examination to teaching, all under the chance, was admitted to the Guangxi Normal University, become attached to the Institute and XING HUA platform. Part IV describes the restore job seekers source status and inquiry processes. By participating in the test evaluation projects, and innovative practice teaching course in the activities, from inquiry to probe into the understanding of science. Chapter five introduces the third school internship in Beijing. As one new teachers of Beijing City plenary school, I realized that the pressure and challenge. But I must experience the role transform from a student who just leave from school. And I have to complete the work of teaching, organize students to participate in all kinds of activities for improving their grades. The sixth part mainly introduces the experience I passed after the process transformed into a prospective teachers of confidence.From a frustrated engineering students to a confident prospective teacher, I have more clearly understanding about science education, rediscovered own identity of inquiry, been aware of the importance of narrative education to teachers who reflect on own teaching process. Through two years of study, the experience of "learning" and "teaching" makes my dream become a reality, I feel helpless and timid no longer, and I have confidence in the professional road of teaching to set sail. |
