With the rapid development of society,people have increasingly attached great importance to pre-school education and the development of kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and children.The problems preschool educators need to solve immediately are that how to avoid the occupation of teachers’ time by varieties of trivial things in kindergarten,to improve the utilization of kindergarten teachers’ time,to ease job burnout and to enhance the professional happiness of kindergarten teachers.On the basis of reviewing the literature,the researcher selects the teachers of a certain kindergarten in Xinxiang City as research subjects,proceeds from kindergarten teachers’ time value and their capacity of time planning,time supervision and time assessment,understands the current situation of their time arrangement through the interview and survey,further analyzes their existing time management problems and proposes appropriate countermeasures,with a view to providing the basis for making early childhood teachers plan their time rationally,scientifically and flexibly,promoting their work efficiency in unit time and enhancing their professional happiness and achievement sense.The 125 teachers of the certain kindergarten in Xinxiang City are investigated,and the result of the statistical analysis shows: there exist problems among preschool teachers such as weak implementation for time planning,low utilization rate of time for Preparing lesson,serious overtime and low ratio of satisfaction for time utilization.The reasons causing these problems include imperfect kindergarten management system,poor management capacity of kindergarten managers,weak time management consciousness of kindergarten teachers,the shortage of time management skills of preschool teachers,bad time management habits of preschool teachers and so on.For preschool teachers’ time management problems and reasons,strategies such as improving the management system of kindergartens,promoting management capacity of kindergarten managers as well as enhancing time management awareness,increasing time management skills and developing time management habits of preschool teachers are put forward.Preschool teachers’ time management involves a lot of contents,so the kindergartens,where teachers work at,parents and communities should make joint efforts to improve the time management skills of the preschool teacher.
