Cheerleading is a sport originated in the United States, more than one hundred years of history. 2001, Chinese College Aerobics Gymnastics Association(CSARA) will cheerleading introduced from America to Chinese, its rich and diverse content, changing the form of style is more and more popular. The dance cheerleading is a cheerleading, is a combination of music, modern dance, jazz dance, ballet, various folk style dance elements of the action combination. With the rapid development of dance cheerleading, attracted the attention of athletes physical training. In dance cheerleading, complete fluency, flexibility quality action, difficulty and the completion of the performance of athletes, physical fitness plays a vital role. From last year's World Championships and the National Cheerleading video cheerleading League to see, many athletes Due to a lack of physical, resulting in the fluency of complete set of movements, Cheerleading the action of the quality and difficulty of movement and athletes expressive force are affected. To improve the dance cheerleading athlete athletics level, dance and cheerleading competition to reach new heights in, to cheer dance exercises athletes in the physical training has a higher requirements.In this paper, we use literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method of colleges and universities in Henan Province dance cheerleading gymnastics athlete's physical ability training to carry on the investigation and the analysis. Will cheer dance aerobics fitness training is divided into strength, quality, speed, quality, endurance quality, sensitive quality and flexibility, quality and other aspects. To repeatedly won the Henan Province dance Cheerleading Championship SIAS International College of Zhengzhou University star cheerleading 12 dance cheerleading gymnastics athletes, for a period of 12 weeks of the system of physical training. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Dance cheerleading project development is rapid, the athlete's athletics level to demand more and more high, the physical training in dance and cheerleading plays an important role.(2) At present, dance cheerleading athletes in the physical training has been lacking, physical training content, the lack of diversity, not comprehensive enough and rich. In physical training, only pay attention to the development of individual aspects of the quality movement, but ignored the all-round development of physical training, leads to lower the level of athlete's physical ability. These all have a serious impact on athletic performance.(3) Dance cheerleading gymnastics project required physical training include the strength quality, speed quality, endurance, agility and flexibility, quality and other, insist for a long time system of physical training, is conducive to athletes under heavy load training and high intensity of competition, is conducive to athletes mastering advanced technology difficulty of movement, helps in athletes of complete set of movements in a perfect show, effectively improve athletic performance.(4) Dance cheerleading required movement quality, in the order of importance, respectively is the strength quality, flexibility, agility, speed quality, endurance quality. In the arrangement of the physical training, both to achieve comprehensive, but also focused, prioritize, in order to achieve efficient training effect.(5) Dance cheerleading athletes in physical training not only to focus on general physical training, but also with the cheerleading dance project characteristics, are for the special physical training, can better improve the athlete's competitive level.Suggestions:(1) In order to better development of dance cheerleading athletes' physical training, dance and cheerleading training should arrange special physical training class in the.(2) Dance cheerleading gymnastics athlete's physical ability training should be all-round development, on the basis of general physical training, to combine dance and cheerleading characteristics of the project, to strengthen the special physical training.(3) In the physical training to grasp the training load and intensity of training, in view of the different levels of athletes of different strength training, should also pay attention to the athletes physical stamina training action completes the quality, the higher quality of the action the better effect, the movement completes low quality, the training effect will be counterproductive.(4) Dance cheerleading athletes strength quality to all-round development according to the characteristics of the technology, regardless of the strength of the upper limb and lower limb strength and core strength are very important; speed quality should pay attention to combining general endurance training and special endurance training is aimed at training practice; endurance and agility to pay attention to the comprehensive training methods; flexibility to activity combined with practice.
