The education in the 21 st century promotes to cultivate students' innovation spirit and practice ability as the main body of education, emphasis on cultivating students in learning to live, learning to do things, and learning to learn the education idea. The national ordinary universities physical education curriculum teaching instruction summary also explicitly pointed out that in the teaching method should be paid attention to the individuation and diversification, promoting the efforts to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in the maximize students' creativity between teachers and students, and between students and students of multilateral mutual activities. Should not only pay attention to the study of law, more should strengthen the students' learning methods and practice guidance, improving the students' ability of self-study, from the practice. Facing the new education idea, how to break the conventional teaching mode of teaching present situation is a major issue in the current and future quite a long time in colleges and universities sports workers. Based on the previous build autonomous- cooperation-exploratory teaching model on the to further enrich perfection, from subject education theory, social interdependence theory, build the socialist learning theory, this paper develops a suitable for the teaching mode of university teaching volleyball under pass skill; and conduct experiment research in the Henan province ordinary university volleyball under pass skill teaching, verify its effect in volleyball under pass teaching technique, and provide guidance and reference to public colleges and universities sports volleyball course teaching.This paper uses methods of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, and has carried on the thorough research on the autonomous – cooperation- exploratory mode. Spirit of "health first" and "lifetime sports" the principle of "students as the main body", combining with the characteristics of college volleyball teaching and construction of autonomous cooperation- in theory of inquiry teaching mode guiding ideology, teaching goal, operation procedures, teaching evaluation, teaching process and the structure system. And through to the livelihood of the students of Henan university volleyball under pass skill to teaching experiment, this paper analyzes autonomous cooperation- exploratory teaching mode of college students of ball technology and influence on the regulating system of college students' physical education learning motivation, and further demonstrates the rationality of the experimental hypothesis.The experimental results show that:(1) both the conventional teaching mode and autonomous-cooperation- research-style teaching mode can make students to master volleyball under pass skill. But autonomous- cooperation- exploratory teaching mode can produce better learning result of volleyball under pass skill, further improve students' physical education learning self-confidence, and is good for students to learn other subjects.(2) autonomous- cooperation- exploratory teaching model can be very good to mobilize students' learning motivation and improve the students' volleyball study interest, and change the learning attitude of volleyball college students, so as to activate the students' learning volleyball power regulating system, so that the students in the process of experience pleasure has a strong desire to learn, make degree of effort increased significantly.(3) autonomous- cooperation- exploratory teaching model builds a relaxed learning environment for volleyball under pass skill, realizes the positive interaction between teachers and students, and raises the enthusiasm of the students' learning, make students really experience the happiness of learning volleyball.(4) autonomous- cooperation- exploratory teaching model give full play to teachers' leading role and students' main body role, make students volleyball under pass skill a conscious and voluntary behavior, and promote the development of the study.(5) autonomous-cooperation- exploratory teaching pattern through mutual inquiry learning in the form of heterogeneous grouping students communicate with each other and play with each other, care about each other, evaluate each other, and greatly improve the students' consciousness of cooperation, making the learning process more tense.
