Research On The PPP Operation And Management In Guangxi University For The Aged

Guangxi elderly university is a public infrastructure and a nonprofit public welfare undertakings, constructed by public finance investment, it aims at providing education for the majority of the elderly People. GuangXi elderly university was founded in 1986, and now has a history of 29 years. After years of unremitting efforts, the colleage has obtained certain achievement in the school scale, Standardized construction and the increase of the connotation of school running. But with the continuous growth of the elderly population in guangxi, the aged education demand is increasingly strong and some problems appeared gradually, for example insufficient funds and infrastructure, single school-running mode, inflexible mechanism and ongoing innovative ideas, which severely restricted the further development of Guangxi elderly university, thus it is extremely urgent to realize the modernization management operation of the Guangxi elderly university.This article are based on the developing situation of Guangxi University of old age, and focused on operations management practice, summarizes the inadequacies of the existing operation management. After the literature access and network survey, this paper analysed and summarized the development history of the university of old age and operation management present situation at home and abroad, put forward the elderly should follow the principle of university development. And on the basis of this discussion, the guangxi university of elderly deficiency existing in the operation management are discussed in this paper, based on this, it is suggested that this paper suggests introduce PPP model in order to construct different operating model and business model to reduce the government's fiscal pressure, improve the quality of service, improve the operation management level, improve the operation management effectiveness, bring good benefits.
