Family is the child's first school,the school is a the main field for child to systematically study the scientific and cultural knowledge,family and school as the two key factors that affect child development,playing important role in the child's growth and development.In the child's education,if both can effectively link up and coordinate,it is conducive to the overall effectiveness of education.At present,parent-school cooperative has become the inevitable trend of education reform at home and abroad.Parents,teachers and school administrators are the parent-school cooperative actors.Parents' social class and social status,determines the resources of the people,the relationship between interpersonal interaction,these have become their children's cultural capital,then the class of the family determines the arrangement of the children's education,whether in the daily life of organization,training and use of language,and the interaction between family and education institutions,there are very obvious gap.The differences between parents' class,teachers' class and schools' class affected the parent-school cooperative effect and properties of social stratification and presents the mutual influence between parent-school cooperative relationships:social stratification affect parent-school cooperative;the benign parent-school cooperative can promote social stratification,but metamorphic parent-school cooperative curing the social stratification to a certain extent.In social stratification horizon,there are many problems during parent-school cooperation:first,the differences of the family culture background differences will increase the complexity of parent-school communication,causing parent-school conflict.Family culture background differences will increase the complexity and difficulty of communication between family and school,which will lead to the emergence of the conflict between family and school.Second,the intervention of family social capital can lead to high quality education resources of tilt,will affect education fair.Home school cooperation process,due to the differences of social stratification,parents involved in their social capital,for a high quality education resources,to a certain extent,affected the education fair.Third,family education quality is uneven,parent-school cooperative system construction.Parents level is uneven,breeding have different attitude,affects the establishment of the parent-school cooperative system Four,families,schools and class difference,to a certain extent curing social mobility and stratification.Parents are at home to use its resources in the process of school cooperation,social networking,strive for high quality education resources,for the children to a certain extent,led to a class of curing.To deal with social stratification,parent-school cooperative problem,mainly from four aspects.One is the family level,parents should diligently study,improve education quality,at the same time also need to actively contact with the school Second,the teacher level,teachers should improve their professional quality and strengthen the understanding of students.Third,the school level,update educational philosophy itself keep the teacher training and the training of parents.Fourth,it is the administrative department of education level,pay attention to vulnerable groups,to expand education funds,etc.
