| As a student, juveniles and Chinese citizen, the Junior middle school students have their realistic rights which are usually ignored. As flowers of our county’s future, the middle school students are at the age of the golden time of life. They use creation to express their emotion and improve their ability of study and creation. But there are many phenomena about the students’ copyright are violated in our real life. For example, the composition in senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, students copy the production which are prized; Some teachers publish the students composition containing an anthology; students works spread wantonly on the Internet. The students’ rights have violated and they do not perceive. Protecting the students’ rights is not only the school, teachers and parents’ duty, it is also the responsibility of the society and law. Protecting the students copyright can help broadcast the law education in the middle school. It is in favor of helping students have legal consciousness and concept, let the students know how to use protect their own right through the legal way to stop the tort to happen. As mentor, teachers should be in charge of teaching their students how to protect themselves and don’t violate others’ rights.During the internship, I have discussed with other political teachers in junior high school, they said there has a lesson about copyright, which has very important significance in the whole textbook in the second semester in grade eight. But in the classes, the lesson have not got the attention------there are just a little students publishing books or inventing after all. Our teachers treat the lesson just as knowledge but not as a tool which can used in our real life. Students just read, recite and do not know how to use it when they face the problems in real life.How to advocate students to protect their copyright? We should take some measures to get people’s attention on protecting copyright and make people know more about. We should also emphasize the problem of copyright on the Internet to make people know that things like morality and law are useful to restrain the behavior on the internet too. The constraint tell people what should do and what are forbade to make sure that we can search the Internet civilly and protect the legal rights of Netizen. It is really important for the healthy development of education, law and Internet in our country. |
