In recent years, with the rapid development of the information technology, a large number of technical tools have been applied into classroom teaching, bringing tremendous changes to the teaching process. As an organic component of classroom instruction, classroom assessment is taking place great changes, and its development tends to be networked, multimedia-oriented, interactive and game-oriented. Therefore, "whether advanced information technology tools can be integrated into activity of classroom instruction to realize effective classroom assessment" becomes the core of people's attention.In this study, the author utilizes literature research methods to systematically review the related concepts of classroom assessment, educational software and educational evaluation software and the development of domestic and foreign classroom assessment. With questionnaire investigation, observation and interview, this study tries to explore existing problems of IT classroom assessment in high schools. Comparative study is conducted to survey information technology tools used in current teaching and find out appropriate tools for classroom assessment. Action research approach is used to explore the effectiveness of classroom assessment software in terms of improving students' self-regulated learning ability and class participation rate.In fourth chapter of this thesis, this study takes Arduino innovative robot, an information technology course of a high school in Changchun, Jilin Province, as a case to explore design and practice of classroom evaluation of high school information technology based on network environment by using Sojump, Classdojo and Likert scale as assessment tools.
