Construction And Implementation Strategies Of Smart Education Of Wuqing District In Tianjin

To develop and expand the application of information technology in education and promote interactive teaching, educational innovation, ubiquitous learning and lifelong learning ideas, goal construction of "smart education" under "smart city" background is proposed in Wuqing District according to China's economic development status quo, "The thirteenth five-year plan" as well as national "The twelfth five-year" education development plan and implementation opinions of Tianjin basic education information "Three Links, Two Platforms"- School Broadband Network, Online Quality resources classes, Online Self-learning, Educational Resources Public Service Platform and Education Management Public Service Platform. Results show that it's necessary to implement Smart Education in Wuqing District due to its great role in development of educational information, educational reform, teaching innovation and improving teaching performance after statistical and SWOT analysis for existing data gathered from Tianjin and foreign smart education status and its characteristics. As core construction platforms in Smart Education application, Education Management Application Platform and Resource Application Platform will be constructed to promote construction and development of Smart Education under application analysis of modern information technologies in Smart Education such as Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, and Big Data. Overall architecture and construction content are analyzed from technical perspective. In terms of construction content, implementation strategy will be proposed, and construction period and guarantee mechanism of schedule management and operation and maintenance will be decided. To build a good industry environment, achieve sustainable development and provide reference for other Smart Education, development strategies and significance of Smart Education will be discussed from economic and social benefits aspects.In terms of promoting strategies and practices of Smart Education in Wuqing District, education status, construction contents and implementation methods are discussed in this dissertation under management knowledge and actual situation. And research results are expected to provide reference for Smart Education construction in other areas.
