From 2001 to now, with the deep development of education, a new round of the curriculum reform has been entered all-sided implementation. The new curriculum advocates students to learn autonomous learning, cooperative learning and discovery learning. The Education documents refer to cultivating creative personnel, using multiple forms of teach to help students to learn, such as, elicitation method, inquiry method, discussion method and participation method. At the same time, it also demands that teachers should guide students to active participation, hands-on, independent thinking and cooperative inquiry with the new concept of education, and then to form good study habits. Education as the cornerstone of human civilization, it is related to a country and the nations'future directly with the great role of "road of the powerful nation" and "vital to invigorating our nation". Just because of this, the education is endowed with higher hopes in the new period and new stage. Changing students'the knowledge fate of stiff and inculcated, turning the teaching scale of traditional and overemphasized reception learning, transforming the students'method of learning knowledge. The principal status of students in the teaching process should be establish fully, changing the "Lecture Hall" to "Study Hall", and lead them active exploration and bold innovation.The curriculum reform has been going on for more than ten years, a large number of curriculum reform schools are spring up. Du Langkou junior high school sets up a mode so called"336 Mode" in LiaoCheng City in ShanDong Province, YangSi Junior High school uses a mode so called "Learning former than Teaching, Classroom Practice" in JiangSu Province, DongLu junior high school implements a mode so called "Draft Lecture" in JiangSu Province...So many schools are achieving their aims. Meanwhile, it provides enlightenments and innovations. Classroom as core spot of teaching process, it becomes the main battlefield of this reform beyond doubt. It is necessary to change the traditional classroom teaching mode for realizing the goal of reform. Therefore, the writer chooses the classroom teaching mode of "Guided Learning Plan", and make a deeply investigation in Hohhot 38th secondary school.The study is divided into five parts:The first part mostly describes the background, purpose, significance, method and research status and major achievements of "Guided Learning Plan".The second part mainly deals" 125" autonomous class, it includes exploration and theoretical basis. Starting from the definition of this pattern, master the essential factor of the pattern is advantage to follow-up studies, it makes research thought clearer.The third part is about basic operation of "Guided Learning Plan", it contains designs, implementing principle, teaching process and coordinating the relationship between all the elements, then, it enriches the theoretical content of this study and more persuasion.The fourth part is about the inquiry of "Guided Learning Plan" and the analysis of the survey.The last part is about conclusion and introspection of the whole research. Through the investigation and analysis of the practice, it makes the pattern further deepened, and in the process of investigation for analysis, tidy, rethink and perfect the "Guided Learning Plan".
