As education reform has become a global trend,teachers have become the key to the reform.Many countries have adopted various measures to promote the education reform and improve the quality of education.Teacher leadership is one of the important measures.As a new demand of teachers' professional quality,teacher leadership is rising with the gradual deepening of the current basic education reform.With the development of education reform,more and more signs of show that they are not as followers of the reform in educational activities,but as the leader of the reform in educational activities,teachers in the educational reform play a very important role.It is the need to promote the reform of basic education curriculum in our country,and it is the need to meet the people's demand for quality education.Leadership is a process to have an impact on others teacher leadership actually is the influence in the school activities of the teachers.It refers to the ability of teachers in a particular situation for the realization of the goal of school education and the people and things in the school influence.The meaning of teacher leadership is very rich,more complicated factors,not only relates to the factors of teachers' professional knowledge and skills of teachers' professional field,but also contains the concept of teachers' intrinsic personality charm this is more abstract,so it is not easy for teachers to understand and the teachers are very difficult to pay attention to their behaviors in school activities and to improve their leadership.In this premise,showing the teacher leadership through the typical case and the characters to the teachers is the sensible first step for them to understand the teachers' leadership.On the basis of this,teachers can use more specific requirements and objectives to examine their own behaviors.It not only can develop their own professional ability,but also can promote the growth and progress of students.Through the literature method,case analysis method,interview method and observation method,this study make an interpretation of the teacher leadership and the theoretical foundation.Then based on the leadership of five forces model,constructing teacher leadership analysis framework and showing the leadership of teachers in the teacher's daily school activities with a case study of a teacher.Finally,analyzing his behaviors with related theory of the teacher leadership and on this basis,try to put forward the direction and strategy of teacher leadership.The full text is composed of the following parts:Chapter1:Introduction.To illuminate the origin of this study,the research background,significance and the basic ideas of this study and the methods used in the research.Chapter2:The connotation of teacher leadership and related theoretical analysis.From the connotation,significance,influencing factors,specific performance and theoretical basis of the study to present situation of domestic and foreign research and on this basis,this paper constructs the analysis framework of this study.Chapter3:Case analyzing.Taking Wuhan railway middle school English teacher Deng Qiang teacher as a case analysis,show the specific characteristics and the performance of teacher leadership.Chapter4:The thinking of the case.Analyzing his leadership behaviors in school activities with the combination of emotional and rational thinking.Chapter5:Development strategies.Discussing development strategies of teacher leadership strategy from the aspect of teachers.
