| In Traditional Chinese classes,teachers always prefer giving lessons from the beginning to the end instead of leaving some time for students to think by themselves.Generally speaking,this kind of teaching style not only makes a big discount of the teaching quality but also make student lose the interest of the Chinese learning.As we know,it is adverse to give a full play of their initiative teacher-centered class,which also goes against the teacher-centered and student-based instructional approach advocated by New Curriculum.As a result,“giving blanks” teaching approach,being used more and more popular,is a kind of flavoring agent which can activate the atmosphere of the class and cultivate the team-spirit which is.Under this circumstance,it is well worth studying “giving blanks” teaching approach in depth.“Giving blanks” in the teaching of Chinese Reading in the middle school are discussed from three aspects in this paper.In the introduction section,we mainly talk about the origin status of the study and why we do this research and what kind of method should we adapt.In chapter1,we discussed the concept of the blanks and its characteristics in the Chinese-teaching.As a result,blanks in the Chinese-teaching means that blanks dig the text thoroughly and design the teaching process properly which features creative,aesthetic,educational,situational.In chapter 2,we discussed the implement of the blanks strategy in the teaching of Chinese Reading.Obviously,on one hand,teachers is responsible to lead students dig the blanks of text deeply including dig the blanks of text language and text punctuation even the text explanation.On the other hand,guiding students design the blanks teaching process properly including giving blanks in pre-class guidance,lead design,how to question,the set of suspense,self-study,blackboard design,test evaluation and the homework arrangement.In chapter 3,we discussed the mistakes and de requirements for teachers when carrying out blanks strategy in the teaching of Chinese Reading.Erroneous zone in the blanks strategy in Chinese teaching is that all of blanks in teaching are“giving blanks” and it is better to give more and more blanks.Moreover,opinions like casually blank and blanks that only consider teachers’ own level even think that blank is to let teachers themselves to summarize always goes wrong.In order to avoid the erroneous zone of the “givingblanks”,teacher ought to have a sense of giving blanks and enrich their storage of knowledge so that they can analysis learning situation from different perspectives to design the blanks cleverly.In summary,it is not only favorable for students to play their dominant position in the class,but also does great help to their imagination and creativity to practice the “giving blanks” strategy in the Chinese class,which can also stimulate student’ aspiration to knowledge. |
