PCK is abbreviation of Pedagogical Content Knowledge,which is presented by American education expert Shulman.The core of PCK is to transform the teacher's discipline into the knowledge which is better to understand easily by students,Currently,some researchers carried on this research and found that teachers' knowledge of students has always been its core connotation of the same composition.Teachers' knowledge of student is referred to teachers' understanding and cognition of students in the process of teaching design.The aim of the paper is to help teachers optimize teaching methods and improve the quality of teaching.In the fields of PCK,Teachers' knowledge about students study needs to be combined with the specific project.Therefore,the research is based on the specific contents of the “ionic reaction”,“oxidation-reduction reaction” and “the factors that affect the chemical reaction rate”.The basic ideas of this study as follows: understand the basic situation of teachers' knowledge about students in the fields of PCK;put forward some suggestions on the development of teachers' knowledge about students.First of all,comb Teacher's knowledge about students and their development in the fields of PCK.He raises four basic elements:knowing the knowledge and experience of students have beengained;knowing the knowledge about students' understanding and misunderstanding of specific content;knowing the knowledge about students' cognition of learning tasks and knowing the knowledge about representation of specific content that is easy to understand for students.Secondly,the above four basic elements will be used as four dimensions of questionnaire design.According to the four dimensions,the questionnaires were distributed to 46 experienced teachers.Through questioning and talking to research the current situation of teachers' knowledge about students in the fields of PCK.Then we analyzed the information according to the research.The study found that experience teachers' knowledge about students are in high level.explored the teaching methods and skills which are suitable for themselves.But it was regarded as the single way of choosing the methods and it could not be perfect anyhow.Teacher' s knowledge about students can be regarded as a unique knowledge of students.In the teaching practice,teachers and experts need to practice and accumulate constantly and enrich their own students' knowledge.Finally,The following strategies for teachers developed their knowledge about students are proposed:(1)Organizing teachers' training method of the“students knowledge” to improve teachers' knowledge of students;(2)Organizing teachers' communication about “students knowledge” to;accumulate teachers' knowledge of students;(3)Organizing teachers' reading about “students knowledge”education monographs,to enrich teachers' knowledge of students;(4)promoting teacher understanding of chemistry subject deeply to develop teachers' knowledge of students.
