Appreciative inquiry refers to the organization unconditionally affirmative manner of questioning with a positive attitude and vision,so that members find themselves and the positive energy of others and organizations in order to enhance organizational effectiveness,promote organizational change.It is on the team and organizational change effect is significant and has the great advantage of one team coaching methods.Teaching and research activities in each school subject teachers collective wisdom,to promote quality education,improve teaching and teaching effectiveness of teaching and research activities,teaching and research is for the purpose of teaching and research activities.In this study,some of the problems currently prevailing in teaching and research and research activities,such as lack of teaching and research atmosphere,teaching and lack of depth,lack of cooperation,efficiency is not high activity phenomenon,the appreciative inquiry application in teaching and research activities.Study took a year of high school teachers in 20 teaching and research,using qualitative and quantitative research methods,the appreciative inquiry Group Counseling applied to secondary school teaching and research activities.Experimental design used was experimental group posttest control group design test,the first of two groups of subjects were measured before,then the experimental group were appreciative inquiry and group counseling,four stages of appreciative inquiry and group counseling is complete,then after the same team of teachers and health Burnout Inventory scale were measured and interviews.After appreciative inquiry group counseling after the end of a month,and then the experimental group and control group tracking test.Finally,the experimental group Differences between the control group and the reasons difference.The results found that: appreciative inquiry and pre-test between the experimental group and control group had no significant difference;after appreciative inquiry measured between experimental control groups were significant group differences.Appreciative inquiry before and after the implementation of the control group had no significant difference between the experimental group there were significant differences;measurement and tracking appreciative inquiry after posttest control group,the experimental group had no significant difference.This research conclusion is as follows:(1)Appreciate the type explore in the educational research group activities application has a good effect.(2)Appreciate type explore atmosphere,can effectively improve the educational research group activities to enhance the educational research group cohesion,improve the contribution of research staff;In terms of individual teacher,emotional exhaustion improved,asense of achievement to improve myself.
