Under the background of "excellent teacher" plan,the for mulation of training policy for excellent teacher,the implementation of the training strategies and so on all need the factual study on professional growth of excellent English teachers.The ar ticle uses the education narrative research methods,presented in all directions the process of teaching and life stories of the two excellent teachers.The article summarizes some related researches on implementation strategy of The "Excellent Teacher" Plan,personality of excellent teachers,English teachers' professional status and professional quality,teacher's professional autonomous development and using the writing techniques of qualitative research,based on "Theoretical Model for Teacher Professional Development" and "Educational Emotion",analyzes and interpret some cer tain questions.The article,from "level","Educational Emotion" and "environment" three aspects,analyzes systematically the text materials of two teachers.From the aspect of "level",the paper points out that two teacher have strong sense of "identity",and that healthy and harmonious "learning community" can promote the self-development of teacher's profession,and the "UGS" mode should be strengthened,and the in-ser vice teachers should master the theory of education,and by the way of "task-based" research the cooperation between the experts and teachers can be consolidated.From the perspective of "Educational Emotion",two teachers are analyzed,indicating that the criteria of recruitment of students should involve the personality traits of being outgoing,optimistic.The "spirit" should be given priority in the selection of young teachers.From the aspect of "environment",the professional development of teachers are affected by the two-fold impact of school management and operation.On the teacher's cooperation culture,various modes of "community" should be advocated and school-based research be encouraged to for m the distinctive campus culture.Through research,the conclusions are for med like that: first,Although two teachers are not expert teachers,they deser ve to be called "excellent teachers" on the basis of their performance;Second,two teachers' professional identity degrees are high,with excellent teaching achievements,and has good academic accomplishment;Third,two teachers innate temperament,coupled with the identity of the profession,their "Educational Emotion Expression" is characterized by "love life","outgoing" and " aggressive".The "Educational Emotion Experience" has expressed as "pain and hard work" and "transcendence";Fourth,through the "environment" perspective,two main factors of "excellent English teachers" professional development are concluded: one is "management model" and "operation model";The other is "typical character" and "key event".The article raised that the cultivation of excellent teachers should rest on education management system as institu tional guarantee,school culture as the spiritual suppor t,independent growth as the driving force,deepen and improve the "UGS" cultivation model.At the same time,from two aspects of the cultivation and self-growth of excellent teacher,five concrete suggestions are proposed: the opinions from the in-ser vice teachers should be accounted in the establishment of standards for "excellent teachers" to corresponding to reality.Second,as the "incubator" of teacher,the universities should strengthen students' sense of teachers' professional identity,conduct "Bi-tutor" mechanism;Third,the principals should be entitled more power.The selection of young teachers should be valued and various styles of teaching should be encouraged.Finally,the teachers themselves,taking advantage of big data era,should actively construct their own professional knowledge and ability,join the "professional community" on their own initiative.
