This paper studies about the abnormal conditions of ideological and political education in the universities and colleges,especially for the abnormal conditions’ coping mechanism which about the ideological and political education is a very important and realistic problem.In the 21st century,the abnormal events occur frequently.They damage the society seriously.The institutions of the higher education are organizations which exist in the social environment,they would be affected in varying degrees.And the institutions of higher education are very important in the society.Each ideological fluctuation in the universities and colleges influence the stability of country and society;impact the universities themselves and society’ s value and belief system.And it is the important window of the whole society,what is more,it is the barometer of how to establish the harmonious society.Therefore,under these contradictions,how to establish the perfect ideological and political mechanism in abnormal conditions in the universities becomes very important.In the view of the present situation,this paper defines the research contents and methods after studies about the previous research achievements,and analyses systematically about the abnormal conditions of ideological and political education in the universities and colleges.This paper studies the basic concept firstly,and then summarizes the main features of the abnormal conditions.Also studies about the characteristics of ideological and political educational mechanism in the abnormal conditions.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current mechanism in the abnormal conditions in the universities;explores the new mechanism’ s power factors and dynamic principles under the abnormal conditions in the ideological and political education;grasps the new mechanism’ s principles under the abnormal conditions in the ideological and political education.Finally,this paper constructs the new mechanism under the abnormal conditions in the ideological and political education.The constitute factors of this mechanism conclude powerful integrated mechanism,professional organization mechanism,unblocked communication mechanism,efficient coordination mechanism,sound incentive mechanism.In the process of abnormal conditions in ideological and political education,only these five mechanisms runes coordinately,we can achieve the aim of ideological and political education under the abnormal conditions.In order to ensure this mechanism worked effectively,this paper establishes the ideological and political educational evaluation system,accountability system,supervision system,security system and cognitive educational system under abnormal conditions in the universities.This paper makes the study about the abnormal conditions in the colleges’ ideological and political education closed to life,and reflects the science nature and practicability.
