Tennis club as an important medium of tennis promotion and service,it is not only for tennis industry brings great economic benefits,also can bring good social benefits,in the process of the development of tennis has an irreplaceable role.TiGong two great tennis club in gansu province as the tennis club at present,the lanzhou city has many advantages,this shall be the society to creato great social value and economic value,but the position is not clear,backward management strategy and other factors.The current club far did not reach its value.Therefore,gansu TiGong second brigade tennis club needs a strat.egy to solve the problem of present main to change the status quo.This paper uses pest external environment observation and Michael porter five forces model to analyze the club's external environment;and use of the external environment factor evaluation matrix(EFE)to evaluate the external environment of the club,finding out the enterprise facing the opportunities and threats.Internal environment of the club,on the basis of the theory of strategic resources,SWOT analysis,core competence analysis matrix has carried on the system analysis,to the club's internal conditions at the same time,use of internal environment factors evaluation matrix(IFE)to evaluat.e the internal environment of the club,the club's own advantage and disadvantage.On this basis,draw four SWOT competition strategy based on SWOT strategy matrix,by using QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix to evaluate of four kinds of competitive str-ategies,finally it.is concluded that one of the most suitable for the gansu province TiGong second brigade tennis club business strategy.Through analysis,it.is concluded that the gansu province TiGong second brigade tennis club in less sufficient opportunity threat of external environment;Club basic condition is higher than that of lanzhou city industry as a whole standard but there are still insufficient;The club at present main target groups for leadership in the crowd,middle-income,fitness shaping the crowd;The club' s core competitive ability is:indoor clay ground,most indoor stadium,coach,one of the best indoor stadium environment,most.of the national fitness center in the full-scale and reliable financial resources and financing ability;Gansu province TiGong two great tennis club at this stage should choose advantage-opportunity(SO)strategy for the most appropriate strategy.
