Research On The Socialist Ecological System Of The Rule Of Law

Comprehensively promoting the rule of law is the inevitable requirement for building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.It is an inevitable requirement for developing people's democracy and an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of national governance.Sinceentering the new era,all aspects of socialist construction in China,no matterdemocratic politics,market economy or social culture,have achieved notableand positive results.Furthe r deepening reform and promoting the all-rounddevelopment of the society cannot be separated from the path of comprehensively promoting the rule of law.It also means that we must implement the rule of law as the main goal of national development.With the continuous development of the rule of law in China,we have gradually formed and deepened the theoretical understanding and understanding of the rule of law in socialism,and accumulated experience in the construction of rule of law.At the same time,in recent years,based on the demand of environmental protection,environmental ecology has been widely concerned and studied by scholars from all fields in China.Based on the concept of ecology to grasp and expand,and build on the existing "to grasp the basic rule of" the essence and connotation,this article from the five aspects of ecological concept into the field of law,combined with the theory of rule of law in our country,the ecological system of the rule of law and the related problems are discussed.
