An Empirical Study On The Current Situation Of The Practice Of The Public Prosecutor In The Work

With the implementation of the judicial personnel classification management system and the completion of the posts of the prosecutors,post-prosecutors,assistants of the procurators,judicial administrators have been put in place.Our country’s prosecutorial power has begun a new mode of operation.In the handling of cases,the old “prosecutors contracted,the person in charge of the case handling department has been reviewed,the chief procurator or the Procuratorial Committee decided” the three-tier mode of approval for handling the case into an independent staffing system prosecutors case handling mode.In J province,from July 2016 to July 2017,after one year of advancement,the new case-handling model of J’s procuratorial case-handling become fully operational.However,the new staffing prosecutor’s case handling model involves many factors such as changing the concept of handling cases,redistribution of power,redistribution and cooperation of responsibilities,and transfer of the main body of judicial responsibilities.Its operational status in judicial practice needs to be investigated.A social survey of the new post prosecutors’ case-handling model of the prosecutors in the municipality of X Province,J showed that after the prosecutor’s reform of the post system was implemented,the new staffing prosecutors’ case-handling model was in operation,and the staffing system was based on post-prosecutors.The prosecutor’s case handling organization has achieved certain effectiveness in independent handling cases,but there are also many problems during operations.The random division model supported by the staff prosecutor’s case handling model cannot be effectively implemented under the influence of the inherent average divisional case and the original concept of division chief division.The relationship between the post prosecutor and the prosecution assistant is hard to establish.When a post prosecutor encounters a difficult case that requires a supervisor or a procuratorial committee or the administrat.
