A Study On The Relationship Between The Concept Of Open Development And China’s Neighboring Diplomacy

The Five Development Concepts,namely Innovation,Coordination,Green,open and Sharing,have become an important guideline for China’s overall economic and social development since the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee.Among them,the Open Development is playing an increasingly important role in China’s diplomacy and cooperation with foreign countries.The neighboring diplomacy,the top priority of China’s all-directional diplomacy,is the focus of China’s diplomacy.While the research on the Five Development Concepts and China’s neighboring diplomacy respectively are deep and thorough,there is relatively little research on how the Concept of Open Development can well be applied in China’s neighboring diplomacy.At a time when China ’s neighboring diplomacy is getting more and more attention,it is essential to clarify the relationship between the Concept of Open Development and China’s neighboring diplomacy.And it is even more important to guide China’s neighboring diplomacy with the Concept of Open Development on this basis.The history of China’s neighboring diplomacy has seen the formation,enrichment and thriving of the Concept of Open Development.With the world situation has been extraordinarily complicated nowadays,China’s neighboring diplomatic work needs to be more closely combined with its own national conditions.It needs to be strategically forward-looking,visionary,as well as creative.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics named after Chinese president Xi jinping,which has been put forward in the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the building of the Community of Human Destiny has been the focus of China’s diplomacy,we need to adhere to the Five Development Concepts.At the same time,we must fashion out the new channel to enhance China’s national security and economic development by promoting the cooperation between China and its neighbors.
