A lot of launching in our country,there is a special launching-prison people's police.No matter in terms of the responsibilities,or from the work environment,prison people's police profession itself has certain particularity,is also a launching social attention less,the public understanding of the degree is also very limited.As the prison system reform and prison layout adjustment,prison management situation in China than in the past there has been a lot of improvement,whether material factors such as office environment,salary,benefits,or mental factors such as management system,social status,are to develop in the direction of more scientific and humanized.But we also should not be ignored,at present our country prison police is a large degree of hard work,the management of the special objects,closed workplaces,overload work intensity and huge responsibility pressure makes the serious damage of the prison police physical and mental health,personal basic rights and interests cannot get effective guarantee.Women as a special group in the jail police,the prison police along with the rising number of education reform,women under the condition of serious criminal crimes,compared with male prison police,rights and interests are harmed is more serious.Therefore,respect for the rights and interests of female prison police security work and improvement has become particularly important.This article is under the background of this research,through the investigation and study of the first women's prison in Inner Mongolia to of our country at present the rights and interests of female prison police security work,analyzing present situation and existing problems of the causes and combined with their own work experience,in order to further improve the rights and interests of female prison police security work operational Suggestions are put forward.
