Research On Urban Community Cultural Endowment

With the aging of population arrival,China has entered an aging society.The increase in the proportion of the elderly population,the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly,changes in the social environment,all of these put forward new requirements for the traditional endowment pattern in the society of China.Meanwhile,the improvement of social economic level provided a material basis for cultural endowment.Cultural endowment as a reform and innovation to the traditional endowment pattern,although it is still in the exploratory stage,but all regions,it is actually involved in the old-age pension in elder universities.A limiting factor for the slow development of social work in China is the localization of social work,China provided few opportunities to practice for social work,however in the cultural endowment,social work has a theoretical guidance,more professional,can provide more professional service.so study the problem of culture endowment in the perspective of social work ne,we can not only find the cultural endowment problems.promoting the development of cultural endowment,also can promote the development of social work.Based on the above objective facts,this paper takes Hefei as an example,taking the residents of Hefei elder university student and community elderly activity center as the research object,through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,to study the characteristics and current situation of community cultural endowment in Hefei.On this basis,this paper summarizes some problems of community cultural endowment in Hefei,analyzes the reasons for these problems,and gives some suggestions and reflections on improving the status of community cultural endowment.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the research background,significance,research review,research methods,concept introduction research on cultural endowment;the second part is the introduction and analysis of the survey location,survey the basic situation;the third part is the combination of the survey results and the actual situation of Hefei community culture endowment problems are analyzed;the fourth part is for the Hefei community culture endowment problems,combined with the actual situation of the pension from the cultural awareness,the elder university culture subject,culture,old-age pension policy,support the development of the social work level for the Hefei community culture endowment and put forward the improvement suggestions.
