Study On Labor Security Policy Of Nursing Staff In Tianshui City,Gansu Province

Endowment caregivers is the foundation of pension services,along with our country aging degree of deepening,the development of nurse team not only on the quality of life of older adults in endowment institutions have a direct impact,and operation of pension institution plays a decisive role.But at present our country endowment institutions nurse labor rights and interests of the common social neglect,there is a big flaw,the talents construction pension directly hinders the healthy development of pension services,also does not favor the social security system in our country built completely.In this paper,we searched and collected relevant literature data,and visited some nursing staff in tianshui city,gansu province,including working hours.Work intensity;Work content;Working ways and nurse salary related problems such as study,found that some problems of pension nurse team construction,and then according to the constitution of the People's Republic of China and the law of the People's Republic of China labor law "the relevant legal provisions,respectively from the pension nurse salary,benefits,vocational training,working hours and vacation,social insurance,etc,to illustrate how to better protect the interests of pension institution nursing staff of labor,improve the pension agency member compensation benefits,improve the nurse working environment and professional service skills,calls for the social from all walks of life to old-age care the propaganda and protection of the industry,Safeguard the labor rights and interests of the existing old-age nursing staff,motivate more professional skills of nurses can into the pension business,hope can better promote the western region endowment career to a new level.
