The Design And Implementation Of The Visiting System In Letters/Visits Of The People’s Court

In recent years,the government has energetically developed the informatization construction of government departments,at the same time,the informatization construction of courts has developed rapidly.Letters and visits have always been key emphasis of the court’s work.The construction of the letters and visits system not only facilitates the entry of basic information for the judge on the visitors,but more importantly,it facilitates the integration and inquiry of visitors’ information and allows judge to quickly grasp the context of the entire case,and improve the efficiency of letters and visits.Currently,the letters and visits system of the Tianjin courts is old and adopts the C/S model.The information obtained is not rich enough and does not meet the requirements of the national court information standards,and the system update is complicated,the data generated is not universal,information conversion is cumbersome and inefficient.Therefore,Tianjin Court proposed the development of a new court visits system,which is based on the B/S model,the J2EE architecture is adopted,and the MVC design concept is used.The popular frameworks such as Spring,SpringMVC,and Hibernate are used for development.Use Maven to build the project.This thesis introduce the design concept of MVC at first,followed by a detailed introduction to the popular frameworks such as Spring,Hibernate,and Ehcache.Next,analyze the requirements and design of the system,divide the basic module of the system,and design the database.Finally,based on the requirements analysis and overall design of the system,it focuses on the implementation of core modules such as visit registration,visit reception,information center,visiting materials module,and historical visit record module.At present,the system is in trial operation stage in the Tianjin Higher People’s Court,and it works well.After the requirements of the online system are met,the system will be formally put into use in Tianjin Higher People’s Court and its subordinate courts.
