On The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Criminal Offenders

In the new period of the construction of socialist legal system,the construction of the legal system has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the legal construction of the prison is also facing new challenges in the new period.Punishment and reform of the prisoners are the purpose of prison settings,to reduce the crime rate of the prisoners and to prevent their repeated offense is the purpose of educational reform.As the most intuitive criterion to judge the prison supervision work,the implementation of the prison supervision work will further strengthen and improve the education management and reform of the prisoners.The crime of criminal offenders is special and the nature of the crime is abominable,which has greatly destroyed the prison supervision system in China.Is to our country prison legal system construction provocation.This article is mainly through the study of the re-crime of prisoners,examine the existing problems in the process of our country’s prisons to play their functions,and put forward their own rationalization proposals.The purpose of this paper is to put forward our own thoughts on the construction of our country’s prisons from the angle of preventing and reducing the reoffending of prisoners,hoping that the present prison management system of our country can be more perfect and perfect.The text includes four parts.The first part takes the case of Wang Dong in Nehe prison as an example and points out the problems of lax supervision and illegal supervision in this case.The second part defines the concept of "prisoners" from a new perspective.This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of its reoffending.The third part analyzes the actual situation of the reform mode and effect of the prison inmates in our country,and finds out the existing problems in the process of reforming the prison inmates in our country.The fourth part combines the reasons of the re-crime of the prisoners and the existing problems in the prison management system of our country,and puts forward some suggestions to prevent and reduce the re-crime of the prisoners.
