Juveniles are the future of our country."A country will be prosperous and strong as long as their children are strong".If juveniles' rights are protected perfectly,the juveniles will grow well,and it's also the guarantee of our nation.It's emphasized that,juveniles abuse is not only the harm on the most vulnerable group-children's physical and mental health,but also the disaster to the hope of our country.Rigorous and scientific criminal law on juveniles abuse is the base of our juveniles' rights of their physical and mental health.Only hold on the base line,can we create the dream of the best protection of our next generation.Our children will grow up healthily and happily.According to these researches,this paper focused on the criminal law of person under guardianship abuse with the idea of maximum of child's benefits.Firstly,this paper introduced the history and development of the crime of person under guardianship abuse and its significance;Secondly,this paper analyzed the composition elements of the crime,then distinguished the conception of guard and nurse;Thirdly,this paper analyzed the difference between the crime of person under guardianship abuse and the crime of abuse;Then,this paper emphasized the focus of the juveniles;At the end,the paper put forward some suggestions on how to reinforce the criminal responsibility on juveniles abuse.To explore these issues,the paper is divided into five parts to study:Part ?: This part introduced the history and development of the crime of person under guardianship abuse and its significance of the new crime.Part ?: This part analyzed the composition elements of the crime,then distinguished the conception of guard and nurse,then this paper researched on the law relationship of the guardianship.Part ?: This part analyzed the difference between the crime of person under guardianship abuse and the crime of abuse,then this part researched on the joint offense of different situations.Part ?: This pare emphasized the focus of the juveniles,and called on the whole society to pay attention the protection of juveniles.Part ?:Based on the idea of maximize protection of the children,this part put forward some suggestions on how to reinforce the criminal responsibility on juveniles abuse.
