Research And Analysis On The Informationization Of Police Service Guarantees

The police service guarantees are fundermental to the development of public security.The traditional policing mode is an overlapping administrative management control system.Overlapping functional departments and vacancies are so common in this system.The only objective is fulfilling the duty of each department but not judging the public security work as a whole.So it is so difficult to circulate information in different public security organs,especially the horizontal communication.Public security informationization effectively overcome the disadvantages of the traditional mode.Since it is a new policing revolution,it not only can make the public security organs' effectiveness present in a geometric growth,but also create new policing guarantee mode and operation mechanism,which comprehensively promote the traditional policing guarantee to a brand new one.Unlike the former stages,to realize the process of policing informationization is a reform to the means of public security,the procedure of policing affairs,as well as the organizational structure.This is a new operational mechanism and management mode,that is to say the informationization of police service guarantees is the process of reengineering the traditional one.Based on the theory of business process reengineering,the methods of literature research,logical analysis,comparative analysis and case study are adopted in this paper in solving the problems of traditional policing guarantees as well as in developing the correspondent strategies.There are a certain kind of shortcomings in my research which need to be improved with further studies in the future.Hope to have the precious suggestions from dear teachers and colleagues which could do great help to my research.
