July 2016,ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Communications and local governments in Beijing,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen have successively issued relevant regulatory strategies.However,according to the current implementation of the regulatory strategy,it is not particularly satisfactory.Because online car is an innovative market industry,it has a big difference with the traditional taxi industry in terms of development concept,technical support,and operation mode,while the Chinese government still operates according to the traditional regulation method when it regulates.That means that the means and purpose do not match,which in turn leads to many problems in the development of the current network.Therefore,this article tries to propose the measures and suggestions for perfecting the network management and management services from the angle of government regulations,so as to facilitate the effective resolution of the problems concerning the online
