Research On Law Enforcement Of Electronic Police

The enforcement of electronic police of Kunshan city as an example,to analyze the electronic police motor vehicle traffic violations,especially on evidence and punishment comprehensive analysis,analysis to find out some weaknesses and problems,and puts forward some solutions for the electronic police to provide some theoretical basis and legal reference.First of all,the essence of electronic police,the legitimacy and rationality of electronic police forensics and the necessity of setting up electronic police are analyzed and discussed.Secondly,the current law enforcement electronic police of Kunshan city as an example,summarizes the electronic police evidence after setting,audit,evidence,evidence ability,inform the evidence after the confirmation,the object of punishment punishment before the complaint and inform the program status,and from the analysis to find out the deficiencies.Finally,in view of the shortcomings,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: to establish and improve the electronic police laws and regulations,strengthen the supervision and enforcement of the relevant electronic police strict law enforcement,to further enhance the service consciousness to enhance law enforcement capabilities,electronic police scene,strengthen the propaganda effect.
