Analyze Marx's Concept Of Justice From Marx's Criticism To Proudhon

Through analyzing the classical debate on "Marx and justice" between Allen W.Wood and Ziyad Husami,we comb the scholars'related research about whether Marx has his own concept of justice,what the characteristics of his justice are,and conclude that Marx has his own theory of justice.In order to highlight the characteristics of Marx's concept of justice in the comparison,the author choose Proudhon's view of justice as a reference.By reappearing Marx's critical review on Proudhon in four aspects of the concept of justice,including meaning of justice,realization of justice,classic basis of justice and purpose of justice,revealing the characteristics of Marx's justice.In detail,firstly,Marx criticizes Proudhon' misunderstanding on the nature of justice,and he believes that justice is trying to ensure everyone to share wealth equally neglecting that the composition of the value is concrete and historical,it reflects the reality;secondly,Marx criticizes Proudhon' misusing on Hagelian dialectic,and he believes that justice can only be achieved in the field of production in the perspective of historical materialism;thirdly,Marx criticizes Proudhon' overestimating on the power of the petty bourgeoisie,and he believes that the proletariat is the true power of justice;finally,Marx criticizes Proudhon' intention to returning to small private-ownership society,and he points out that the real purpose of justice is to realize each individual' freedom and comprehensive development.In my opinion,comparing to Proudhon,Marx's concept of justice is based on historical materialism which is more scientific,aiming to achieve a more humanistic society.Finally,as Marx's view of justice is both scientific and valuable,the paper further analyze its guiding role in the practice of justice in China briefly.
