The Administrative Decision-making Hearing System is the first link of administrative management,the science reflect a country's democratic administration and the administrative rule of law.After ten years of development,the processes and content of the Administrative Decision-making Hearing System has made great progress.Experience has proved the system to be an effective way of strengthening the interests of all sectors of society in a rational manner and to coincide with the system of social supervision and democratic political construction.However,as the new system grows it is bound to face problems and difficulties.The effectiveness of our country's hearing system in administrative decision-making is currently not ideal and needs improvement.In respect of the Administrative Decision-making Hearing System,this paper mainly uses the literature collection method as its research content as well as case analyses,comparative research and the author has used these methods to study a large number of data in domestic and foreign situations.It draws on a variety of Administrative Decision-making Hearing System experiences and compares research results and practical problems in order to explain the necessity of perfecting it.The analysis of the legal problems facing the Administrative Decision-making Hearing System in our country also provides an opportunity to propose methods towards this end.In order to perfect the Administrative Decision-making Hearing System,the author proposes to standardize a set of national guidelines in order to provide consistent guidance for local hearings.In addition to this,the development of mature community interest-groups would create a favorable social environment.The disclosure of relevant information such as;the agenda of proposed hearings,times & dates,and the relevant laws and regulations which relate to the system would help to ensure accountability and provide the basis for a government response mechanism.
