The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of A Clean And Honest In The Countryside

The construction of a socialist modern country has always been inseparable from the solution of the "three rural issues",and this is also a fundamental problem.China's sixth census data show that,at present,China's total population,the rural population has been as high as more than 600 million 7 thousand people.Therefore,it is the top priority of the Party Construction in rural areas to enhance the party spirit and individual accomplishment of rural Party members and cadres,strengthen the ideological concept of serving the people,and enhance the consciousness of selfdiscipline.Therefore,in the background of the new rural construction,from all aspects of a detailed analysis of a series of problems of rural grassroots organizations exist in clean government,analyses the causes,and targeted solutions to provide comprehensive and reasonable,so as to ensure the healthy development of the rural grass-roots undertakings,is essential.In this paper,Shen Mu county of Shaanxi province is selected as the object of study,and the research on the construction of the party's work style and the clean government in the grass-roots organization is divided into five parts:The first part,the basic concept of honest government,grassroots organizations are summarized,according to the Marx's relevant content on party organization construction as the theoretical basis,reveals the construction of rural grassroots organizations and the significance.The second part,through investigation and research,summarized the present situation of the construction of clean government in ShenMu county from five aspects.The third part,based on the analysis of Shen Mu county rural grassroots organizations on the situation,the use of theoretical knowledge,based on the authentic materials participated in the investigation as the basis,with the analytical method by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,summarizes the various problems of the actual current ShenMu village of clean government.The fourth part,in view of the above problems,theory and practice,Qucuqujing,Quweicunzhen,see essence through the phenomenon,reason analysis of problems.The fifth part,according to the causes of the problems and problems,put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.Through the above research,we try to put forward a targeted,practical and effective strategy for the construction of the Party style and honest government at the grass-roots level in rural areas.
