Study On The Prevention Of Moral Hazard In Government Official

At present,China’s economy and society are still in critical transition period.Under the influence of various factors,the problem of moral hazard of government officials still exists.It’s not only damages the image of the government,but also poses a great threat to social stability.In the realistic political market and economy market,government officials play different roles,but they are the same,the pursuit of interests.Moral hazard is also in the process of political and economic market development,and the personal pursuit of the bottom line of moral pursuit in pursuit of its own interests coincides with the hypothesis of public choice theory.So in this article,through analyzing about the hypothesis of public choice theory and the relationship between the risk of moral hazard,through analyzing the cause of government officials,moral risk,explore the path of government officials to prevent moral hazard,and put forward some feasibility Suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.Are mainly introduced in this paper,the research significance of the background,theory of public choice theory of public choice theory and the moral hazard a brief literature review on theory,and then this paper expounds the main contents and innovation of the paper.Chapter two is the analysis of relevant theories.In this chapter I will introduce the government of Marx and Engels,public choice theory and based on the concept and connotation of the moral risk theory,analyze our country government official moral hazard problem should be in the government point of view of Marxism and the perspective of public choice theory and study the theory of public choice theory and the moral hazard both innerlink.Chapter three analyzes the causes of moral hazard of government officials.This chapter analyzes the present situation of government officials’ moral hazard problems and points out the great challenges facing our country.This paper analyzes the causes of moral hazard of Chinese government officials.The fourth chapter is to protect the moral hazard of government officials.This paper points out that China and the western capitalist countries have different national conditions,but from the public choice theory itself for market economy behavior of the typical analysis,we can get a lot of significance.We can find the enlightenment to regulate our government behavior and strengthen the moral hazard prevention and control of government officials.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,and summarizes the main viewpoints and related inspirations of this paper.
