Studies On Traffic Accidents Damage Compensation

Traffic accidents usually happen and cause suffering and economic loss on both the injured and their family.This article is based on the author’s working experience in fu ping county,which has special characteristics in geography.There are nine main problems mentioned in this article,including the solvements on legislation administration judication and so on with the purpose of providing help on the decrease of the accidents and dealing with them.The article has four parts besides introduction and conclusion.Part one introduces the research objects that are valuable with its large number due to its special location.Part two introduces the research methods and the later situation especially the data that provides supporting evidence for conclusion.Part three draws a conclusion on the problems and gives the cause of the difficulties such as dilivery mediation.Part four aims to provide tips on legislation administration practice and other aspects to make sure the decline of traffic accidents and people’s interest.
