A Study On The Improvement Of The Capacity Of Geological Disaster Emergency Volunteers Organization In Zhejiang

Both from the whole country or from Zhejiang Province,the professional units of geological disaster prevention and control are an important component of geological disaster emergency,and its volunteer organization is the main body of the implementation of geological disaster emergency work.Emergency volunteer organization ability has a very positive significance to improve the geological disaster emergency work efficiency.First of all,based on the current situation of emergency capability of the S team of volunteer organization analysis,using factor interview and questionnaire survey method to identify the impact of improving S team volunteer organization emergency capability.A assessment model of the improvement of the capacity of geological disaster emergency volunteers organization is set up.The paper use AHP to evaluate and analysis influencing the factors of the improvement of the capacity of geological disaster emergency volunteers organization.the primary and secondary factors affecting the improvement of the capacity of geological disaster emergency volunteers organization are found out through constructing judgment weight matrix and index calculation results.Then,the causes of the primary and secondary factors affecting the improvement of the capacity of geological disaster emergency volunteers organization are analyzed,such as,lack of rights protection of volunteers,inadequacy of the organization management system and lack of the performance appraisal.Finally,In this paper,the author start from the goal of speeding up the improvement of the capacity of geological disaster emergency volunteers organization,the concrete improvement measures are put forward in the following three aspects,such as the establishment and improvement of the system,the implementation of emergency equipment and capital guarantee and strengthening the propaganda and education platform construction.
