Study On Law Enforcement Of Urban Landscaping In Guangzhou

In recent years,the research about the city landscape development of city greening,and achieved gratifying results,but with the deepening of the reform and the reform of Super Ministry System Integration Department in charge of city landscape has also undergone a change,city landscape line executive power is more frequent changes,all of the city garden the green fruit has built an impact.Then,from what aspects should we protect the existing landscaping achievements from damage,and what means should be used to improve the management level and law enforcement level of urban landscaping? Because Guangzhou city green garden city law enforcement started late,time is short,the legal basis,the law enforcement system construction,team construction,handling skills is still in the initial stage,some of the problems faced in the practical work is also more prominent,affecting the supervision of law enforcement of city landscape greening.Research methods used in this study include literature research,case study and comparative research method,through a large number of literature,understand the current situation and trend of city landscape greening law enforcement,from a city landscape line law enforcement perspective,based on the specific situation of Guangzhou City,combined with the practical problems encountered in the work for several typical cases,respectively from four aspects according to law enforcement,law enforcement qualification,forensics and law enforcement equipment are analyzed,and the practice of law enforcement in the administrative district of landscaping administrative departments are compared,from the construction of laws and regulations system,optimize the law enforcement process,the four aspects of government investment analysis Guangzhou City Landscaping line law enforcement problems,and try to put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems,for the construction of landscape greening in Guangzhou City The new law enforcement system has made a brief prospect and provided experience and reference for further research.
