With the social economic development,social contradictions have been increasingly intensified,.violence could stability increasingly grim situation,protection of the rights and interests of the police has become the hot topic in society.The damage to the local police have ranked the top of all police categories.as the police line Department of the police station,the police rights invasion phenomenon on the police for the first time.Current academic research on police rights and interests protection has formed a batch of academic achievements with certain reference value.But the researches are mainly around the overall police,not focus on the rights and interests of local police.And researches only relay on the theoretical study,not including the practical investigation.This article begins from the questionnaire data analysis and interview with local police,has found that mainly shows on four,law enforcement has been infringed? physical and mental health damage?welfare shortage and pessimistic career prospects.At the same time,by a large number of research about the protection of rights and interests in police,while compared the practice of the western countries,also found that the current domestic research about the protection of the rights and interests of local police is barely none.Finally,aim at solving all above problems,base on the survey data,combined with the experience of western countries,this article try to provide some suggestions such as strengthening the construction of local police substation,start professional training course,set up targeted support and welfare,found professional and independent police organization,and strengthen the police public relations.
