Normally,the public would like to seek a legal solution,but it may result the highly cost of economic,time and legal litigation,and it is also complicated and inefficient.In the era of administration according to law and constructing socialist harmonious society,administrative mediation as a means of solving the contradictions and disputes,it has unique advantage than legal proceedings and any other proceedings.Taking Fengze district,Quanzhou city,Fujian province as an example,the thesis mainly uses the literature research method.The thesis analyzes the overview of our national administrative mediation in price dispute,and makes a survey on Fujian province's administrative mediation in price dispute.The study adopts case analysis to analyze the basic administrative mediation in price dispute,especially its present situation and the problem.By analyzing the current situation of the grass-roots price department with a price dispute,the mediation has certain advantages in resolving disputes over prices,such as quick resolution of disputes,more convenient and a high-quality service to the people.However,the administrative mediation itself still has limitations,for lacking of system on laws and regulations and authority.What's more,there are four problems in the process of price dispute mediation:the limitation of work scope,the limitation of subject's functions,the construction in grassroots organizations,and the primary group in basic administrative mediation.To a certain point,all these problems affect the efficiency of the administrative mediation.For administrative mediation system and price controversy over the grassroots administrative mediation problems,this paper put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures.Firstly,determine the legal effect of administrative mediation agree ment to perfect administrative conciliation by establishing administrative mediation system of laws and regulations.Secondly,it's important to perfect the network organization,legal system and work operation mechanism.Besides,the government also need set up the system of check and evaluation,normative the mediation procedures,strengthen hardware facilities,and build a high-quality team.Improving the basic administrative mediation in price dispute is in order to have a certain reference in the future's basic administrative mediation.
