Based on the related theory of Internet public opinion crisis for Chinese Armed Police Forces(CAPF),this paper analyzes the definitions and features of CAPF public opinion and dealing with crisis.Hot topic connection and analysis algorithms are designed to cope with the first stage of Internet public opinion crisis.Anaysis model based on 3R manegement for CAPF public opinion crisis is built.Solutions and strategies for improving the capability of CAPF in coping with the Internet public opinion crisis are brought forward.To start with,this paper analyzes the definitions and features of CAPF public opinion and studies the main types of CAPF public opinion.Then the content of CAPF Internet public opinion crisis is analyzed and the importance of CAPF public opinion crisis management is discussed.Strategies and elements are also analyzed.3R management model is constructed based on the theory research.In terms of problem and solution analysis for CAPF Internet public opinion crisis,this paper make analysis on the basis of investigation and cases.3R model is applied to make deep analysis on the problems and responding solutions.At last,solutions and strategies for improving the capability of CAPF in coping with the public opinion crisis are brought forward.The principles for dealing with crisis,detection and supervision for the first stage of public opinion crisis and the construction of the technological power are discussed in order to provide supports and advises to improving the capability of CAPF in coping with the Internet public opinion crisis.
