Mechanized Infantry Forces Operational Command Performance Assessment

The operation command efficiency is an important factor to build the battle effectiveness by the operation command.In the high-tech circumstance,the weapon technology becoming high intensity,the fierce conflicts between the manoeuver and the operation command promote the operation command to be one of the most important factors of battle effectiveness.Therefore,it becomes increasing prominent to evaluate the operation command efficiency.Firstly,the scientific definitions for the operational command efficiency of mechanized infantry regiment and the evaluation are given,respectively.The latest research status and development of this topic at home and abroad are roundly analyzed.The urgency and necessity of the assessment of operational command efficiency of mechanized infantry regiment is pointed out.And the significance and research value of the subject is presented.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the operation command of the mechanized infantry regiment,this article analyzes roundly the main factors which affect operational command efficiency of mechanized infantry regiment.A complete evaluation index system of the operational command efficiency of mechanized infantry regiment is established from conductor,command structure,command means,command information and command modes.Thirdly,AHP is used for the hierarchically independent decision.However,the evaluation indexes are interrelated.Compared with AHP,Analytic Network Process(ANP)based on interrelation and feedback is more suitable for the evaluation system.The operation command evaluation model based on ANP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model is presented.Simultaneously,Super Decision,the latest software for ANP calculation,is applied to figure out the weight,which makes the model more practical.Finally,combining practical works,the proposed method is used to evaluate the operational command efficiency of one mechanized infantry regiment in a combat exercise.The problem is found out and the corrective measures are pointed out.The results show that this method has provided a feasible solution to assess the operational command efficiency.The method is proved to have practical and reference value for the evaluation of the operational command efficiency of mechanized infantry regiment.
