A Research On "Dual-Track Approach" Of The South China Sea In The Perspective Of Geopolitics

The South China Sea,is the sea throat of our “the Belt and Road”strategy,which is implementing.At present,the political situations in the South China Sea are complex and changeable,which is seriously affecting The southeast border security and stability.Since 2014,in order to alleviate the situation in the south China sea,our country has rolled out "dual-track approach" strategy.This article starts from the theory of geopolitics,through connotation of Chinese “dual-track approach”,and analyses its significance for the relaxation,the settlement of the tensions in the South China Sea and for the construction of community of common destiny for the South China Sea.This article mainly from the five part to elaborate the theme:Firstly in this paper,mainly analyzes the main points and changes of geopolitics.Since the birth of Geopolitics,which provides relief work for the state,is closely related with the ups and downs of the great powers.With the economic globalization goes further development,geopolitics appears the changes of three levels: the first is that breaking through the spatial pattern,from the traditional space of air,sea and land development to multidimensional space for the field of information space;the second is surmounting the conflict logic,form the single logic of the initial opposition and conflict,transit to the dual logic of conflict andcooperation,and then to the multiple logic of today’s cooperation and development,experiencing a long and full of progressive significance of the transformation process;the third is reshaping political ecology,from the traditional geopolitical competition and control,transit to the clash of civilizations,and today it is heading for the diversity of value,emotion and culture level to reshape the international politics.The evolution and change of geopolitical theory,will help to find new solutions to the South China Sea problem.The second part,mainly analyzes the relationship between of the geopolitical pattern of the south China sea and the international landscape.This part will be based on the dispute of the South China Sea issue,to research the international relations of Sino-U.S,Sino-Japanese r,China-Southeast Asia,and so on.The next part,will focus on the "dual-track approach" for the promotion of space cooperation."Dual-track approach" based on multidimensional space level,breakthrough the limitations of the traditional cooperation space and the pursuit of "win-win cooperation" wide space cooperation.The forth part in the article,mainly analyzes the problem that the "dual-track approach" goes beyond the problem of conflicting ideas.The internal logic relation of the "dual-track approach",is in pursuit of bilateral and multilateral cooperation and win-win.It goes beyond thetraditional conflict in logic,and is in order to build“community with shared destiny ” concept.The fifth part,is to explore the “dual-track approach” on the international political ecology remodeling.With the developing concept of win,multi-win and win-win,the "dual-track approach" based on that consolidating and strengthening the bilateral and multilateral exchanges between countries,enhance countries`political mutual trust,meanwhile,from the perspective of the wider,is to promote countries`cultural exchanges,and to discuss and build "community with shared destiny " political ecology.In the era of big data,people only to abandon the traditional concept of conflict,in order to jointly build a international political environment of peace and development.And only on the basis of the concept of innovation,reshaping a positive international political ecology will be possible.
