The Thesis On Guarantees Of Rights And Interests Among Shidu Families

Since the implementation of the Only Child policy in China,the population of our country has been on the decline rapidly and it is estimated that within three decades at least0.4 billion has not born,thus producing numerous Families who have just only child.Among those families,there is a unique community----ShiDu Family.Those families who have lost only child are confronted with various problems,especially in pensions,medical and mental health,and so on,which needs to be secured urgently by the country.The paper will focus on this aspect and try to provide some constructive solutions for them.The paper will be divided into four chapters.The first chapter will focus on the necessity of protecting the rights and interests of ShiDu families.It will be divided into two parts.And the first part is to study its necessity in terms of present situation of ShiDu families from two perspectives—material and spiritual.The second part will analyze the reason why the country should shoulder the responsibility of taking measures according to the theory of duty,honest government and national compensational theory.The second chapter will focus on the problems under current regulations on protecting the rights and interests of ShuDu families.In this chapter,the writer,firstly,will have an overview of the current regulations on current issue.Secondly,the writer will analyze the current problems and find many problems such as poor operative,low level of protection by comparing current regulations with concrete situations of ShiDu families.The third chapter will focus on measures of current problems.In this part,the writer will mainly talk about possible measures from three perspectives--operative,material and spiritual--basing on the problems mentioned in the second chapter.
