A Study On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Rural Leisure Tourism

In today’s market economy,in order to allow the effective allocation of production materials,so that economic activities are coordinated development,the government and the market will play a decisive role in the two roles.What is better for both,who is mainly in this hundred years have not been conclusive.Government management is easy to control but relatively rigid,market coordination focus on practical efficiency but often "failure".In different timing and the object,both must pay attention to change and change,coordination with,in order to achieve dynamic balance.In the 21 st century,China’s attitude towards rural leisure and tourism has adopted a government-led,push-type leap-forward development model.Government behavior in China’s tourism development process plays a decisive role.Government to use a strong administrative capacity,increase investment,speed up infrastructure construction,expand the scale of industry,vigorously packaging publicity,stimulating consumer groups,so that China’s tourism industry has developed by leaps and bounds.Over the past decade,China’s tourism industry has become a hot industry,the market mechanism can not help but play an increasingly important role.The government began to realize that to dilute their role.With the further improvement of the tourism economy marketization system,the government function will be further simplified,as to what degree of simplification is an important problem that needs to be discussed.This paper uses the theory of sustainable development and multi-center governance to deduce the significance and way of developing rural leisure tourism.Through the discussion of tourism development in Yuyao Siming Mountain,the general problems in the development of rural leisure tourism are summarized.By summarizing the typical case of the development of rural leisure tourism in Zhejiang Province,some policy suggestions on the development of rural leisure tourism are put forward.Hoping to study the functions of the government in the rural leisure tourism market under the new situation,in order to improve the government in the rural leisure tourism industry to provide a reference for efficiency.
