A Study On The Guidance Of Bodily Political Participation

In our country,the citizen chooses to influence the government administration process on the way of the network,because the citizen's political participation demand can not get the system satisfaction,the concrete manifestation is that the current administrative participation system is imperfect and the citizen's participation channel is not perfect,Participation in the demand for institutional satisfaction.Internet and other information and communication technology for the popularization of citizen participation in the provision of a new channel of participation,the use of the network to create a new way of participation-perimeter political participation,a non-institutionalized political participation.However,the shortcomings of the network onlookers itself have a bad influence on the government's administration and social stability,which restricts the realization of citizens' participation.This paper first analyzes the basic elements and characteristics of perimeter participation in political participation,and analyzes the interdisciplinary problems brought by the perimeter of political participation in the process of onlookers and the effective effect of influencing the process of government administration from the results.According to the law to guide the perimeter of political participation,to avoid their participation in the disorder,to play its positive role in society.Secondly,it analyzes the action logic of the onlookers in the process of perimeter-based political participation,and thinks that the action logic of citizens guiding the government decision-making through the network crowd is mainly embodied in the multi-channel mobilization,the game of interest expression process and the multi-Interaction and response,and ultimately have a real impact on government decision-making.Finally,from the perspective of the government to explore how to guide the perimeter of political participation,so as to solve the problem of participation in disorder,to expand citizen participation,the establishment of dynamic exchange mechanism and the rational adoption of citizen opinion is the main guiding method.The innovation of this paper lies in the interpretation of the network from the perspective of political participation,the network is not a simple entertainment,joking or disorder,behind the hidden political participation in the demand is not reasonable to meet the political metaphor.Through analyzing the case and interpreting the laws and regulations,this paper puts forward the problem of disorderly participation,analyzes the concrete embodiment of the disorder in the process of onlookers,and puts forward the solution from the government point of view.
