Design And Implementation Of Knowledge Management System For Homicide Scene Investigation

With the development of information technology,artificial intelligence and expert system theory and the continuous innovation and development of related technologies,all industries are introducing new achievement and technologies to makes business more efficient and intelligent.In the actual operation of the Criminal Investigation Department of the public security organs,the detection of homicide cases is the primary task,and homicide scene investigation is the basis and pillar of the case detection.In the process of investigation and analysis of the murder scene,criminal investigation experts often treate,depick the suspects,break the case with their own professional knowledge and experience accumulation..Learning from the previous classic cases,the expert knowledge can be applied to the analysis of the scene of the crime scene and can also provide a solution to the problem.Therefore,the management of these professional knowledge and the establishment of intelligent knowledge management system,helps to solve the murder case.This paper designs and implements a case-based knowledge management system which is based on the case investigation.The main work is as follows:In the establishment of the knowledge system,the investigation of the crime of investigation,summary and induction.It analyzed the murder scene investigation,the process of the analysis,the contents and characteristics of the crime investigation site.It also focused the murder case knowledge structure characteristics and extract the knowledge of the crime investigation.In the aspect of system design,the research designed the knowledge management system framework which is based on CBR’s exploration of the murder scene.It analyzed the CBR system in the new murder case solving principle and process,designed the scene model of knowledge management,set up the six functional modules,and defined each content.of function module.In the aspect of knowledge base construction,this paper provided the construction of case database based on object-oriented knowledge representation,set up case attribute value,planed the establishment method and principle of case database and constructed assistant knowledge base based on rule knowledge representation.The modified method is researched and explored.The case retrieval strategy based on the improved similarity of European distance calculation is adopted,and a more efficient case modification method is discussed.In the software design and implementation,this paper collected and collated a cracked 50 classic murder case scene data of 2014-2017 Shijiazhuang City Public Security Bureau,established the original case base,used SQL Server2008,Visual Studio 2010---C# as the development platform which realized the prototype of knowledge management system of homicide scene investigation,and the validity are analyzed.The site investigation knowledge management system is an innovative application of CBR technology in the crime scene analysis.The research proves that the knowledge management system of the crime investigation can realize the scientific management of the business knowledge and the solution of the new case and achieve the expected effect which will help the case detection and the experience sharing.
